This was after the purchase of our former courtesy vehicle. We contacted Tammy and immediately she arranged for a loaner vehicle and contacted service to take care of the bumper. After all is said and done, it's a brand new looking bumper and we love our new ride. Thank you Tammy! More

Saved the day! We are returning back to Toronto in a few days, when the yellow engine light came on. Unsure of its meaning we headed to the closest GMC dealership on a Saturday morning. We were seen right away, diagnostics completed, repair done under warranty, car washed and on our way! They identified another issue with the car, explained the options, and we chose to complete the repair while there. The decision was clearly ours to make without pressure. The staff were a delight to deal with...Dave Biagi and Cheryl on the service desk. It was an unfortunate but enjoyable way to spend part of our Saturday in St. Petersburg.
