Great service experience , thanks William Hevel After three years of terrible service experiences at AutoNation Toyota / new truck . I was feed up ! Came down the street and traded with you guys / After three years of terrible service experiences at AutoNation Toyota / new truck . I was feed up ! Came down the street and traded with you guys / great experience. My first visit at service was greeted with what appeared to be genuine greetings and eye contact. William sat down took his time explain the service that would be completed and a wash afterwards . I ask about a couple other items and cost for my truck and he gladly assisted me, not to busy for the customer ! Pointed to the coffee machine /popcorn / water , etc. I sat down and before I knew it the truck was ready !!! Service waiting area was a pleasure. I experienced 3 to 4 hours waiting for the same service at AutoNation. You could not believe the stories ! Service experience is everything !!!! Thanks Bill !!!! More
