Should have stuck with Crown Greg and the service staff were amazing. Greg was very thorough trying to ensure that the service I was requesting was possible. I didn't realize when I bought my Chevy that it did not have a telescoping steering wheel. Greg thought the steering column swap would work but didn't make any promises. A pleasure working with Greg. I will definitely be back for service and eventually a new vehicle when the time comes. More

It always seems easier to complaint than to complement so note I tended to be frustrated after having to have warranty work completed on my new truck It always seems easier to complaint than to complement so note I tended to be frustrated after having to have warranty work completed on my new truck with less than 12K miles on it. In other words I already had a "chip on my shoulder". Everyone in the service department treated me with respect. I would only suggest that Greg be more sensitive to an owner's frustration. I felt my Canyon needed a new transmission, Greg kind of blew me off as being superior. It was explained to me that dealerships were only "subcontractors" for the manufacturer and had no control over the corrective action. He was polite, but a bit condescending. At the same time scheduling the service was painless and quick. The work was completed sooner than promised. What I want the reader to know is that I had a couple other concerns with the truck were clearly NOT warranty nor the dealership's concern. I was shocked to find that everything was taken care of and I was not charged for the work. No one even pointed it out, they just fixed everything and I could not be more satisfied. Crown Buick GMC went above and beyond without even having to be asked. Thank you. More
