Great customer service and service! I bought a used GMC in another town. One of the tires had a slow leak in it from the moment I pulled it off the lot. I brought it into Crown GMC t I bought a used GMC in another town. One of the tires had a slow leak in it from the moment I pulled it off the lot. I brought it into Crown GMC to see if they could patch the leak. Dave Biagi was extremely friendly and informative. He made the transaction fast and easy. The sensors for my tires weren't connected properly and the service guys had to check multiple of my tires to figure out which one it was. Even after realizing this, Dave kept a great attitude and made sure I was comfortable in the customer area. He even tried to get me a lower quote on my car insurance. More

Car Trouble Month from xxxx I had the worst luck with my Car the last 5 weeks. In that time my Turbo had to be replaced, two new tires, my water pump went out, and my AC needed a I had the worst luck with my Car the last 5 weeks. In that time my Turbo had to be replaced, two new tires, my water pump went out, and my AC needed a new hose. Needless to say I was very distraught. But William Hevel took amazing care of me. Most all services were covered under my warranties. And after discounts rebates and sales. I only ended up spending 250 for all services. And was not inconvenienced at all. They shuttled me to and from work. And gave me a loaner if I needed one. The service r department is the reason I'm considering getting another Buick. Thank you for all your assistance and taking excellent care of me More

Great Service I had my first service last week 10/19 and it was great. I had a 7:20 apt, but arrived early and was immediately taken care of by Greg as Bill was wi I had my first service last week 10/19 and it was great. He followed up with me throughout the day and checked me out promptly at the end of the day. I highly recommend Crown's service department! More

Service Dept Review Crown Buick GMC and Bill Hevel have been servicing our 2000 Chevy Tahoe for years. The other day a senior citizen backed into the side of our car in a Crown Buick GMC and Bill Hevel have been servicing our 2000 Chevy Tahoe for years. The other day a senior citizen backed into the side of our car in a funeral home parking lot. We were under enough stress due to the lost of our "Ma" and this had to happen. We got out of the car and there was absolutely no physical damage. The gentlemen hit our back tire but we didn't know if there could be something that wasn't visible. We called Bill Hevel and he said to bring it in so he could check it. Everything was fine but Bill noticed the brake fluid needed to be changed. Bill always goes the extra mile to make sure our vehicle is road worthy and stays in great working condition. Bill is aware that we depend on our 2000 Chevy Tahoe for appointments. Thank you, Bill. Stellar mix of professionalism, service, and friendliness. Have you ever been positively WOWED! by a service department? Have you ever left a service department's dealership literally biting at the bit to type Have you ever been positively WOWED! by a service department? Have you ever left a service department's dealership literally biting at the bit to type a bit of HIGH RECOMMENDATION? I have! A day later, I am still amazed by the service ethic and amazing customer relationships at Crown Buick GMC. Lexi Sarang and David Dalton have been the super star team that have proven me that service advisors can be amazing! Dalton took to a next level on my last visit. Their courtesy driver, Greg, has been more than a driver. Whether he is aware of it or not, he has been an amazing ambassador for St. Petersburg, FL. On each of our drives, I have learned something about my new home city environment and about life in general. He is well informed with a depth of life experience. I just met one of their amazing technicians yesterday. Frankly, I was so touched by his ability to connect on a deep personal level, that I embarrassingly forgot his name and his position.
