Excellent Service (Bill Hevel) I want to commend Bill Hevel for the excellent service he provided today. My check engine light was on when I got into my 2018 Encore this morning, s I want to commend Bill Hevel for the excellent service he provided today. My check engine light was on when I got into my 2018 Encore this morning, so I headed for Crown Buick, arriving just before the Service Department opened at 7:00 a.m. - without an appointment. As soon as I walked in the door, Bill greeted me, took my information, and got my car right in. While I was at it, we scheduled in a needed oil change, alignment, some new wiper blades, etc. Less than 90 minutes later (during which I worked on my laptop in Crown's excellent customer lounge), I was on my way with a freshly-washed and cleaned car. Great Service! I had a great experience with David Biagi at Crown Buick. My Cadilac CTS had some transmission issues and was still covered under GM's powertrain war I had a great experience with David Biagi at Crown Buick. My Cadilac CTS had some transmission issues and was still covered under GM's powertrain warranty. When going to the local Cadilac dealer, they told me they would first do a flush to see if it fixed the problem --- FOR $750!! On the suggestion of a friend, I took the car to Crown and David was able to get some major transmission work done under the GM/Cadilac warranty. The car runs great! Thank you, David and Crown! More
