Not many people like him in the service industr I want to give a Big shout out to Bill Hevel (Business Elite Service Advisor) at Crown GMC of St Pete. Not many people like him in the service industry anymore, He always understands my situation with getting my sons 2015 Chevy Silverado truck back on the road quick. Bill Always has "Awesome Customer Service " and is "Super Friendly to talk to". Bill will bend over backwards to help me out, and make sure I am happy with the outcome on my truck. I had a rear suspension noise on my 2019 Silverado. Another local dealership worked on it and basically did whatever was easiest to try and fix it but didn’t succeed. I was referred to David Biagi at Another local dealership worked on it and basically did whatever was easiest to try and fix it but didn’t succeed. I was referred to David Biagi at Crown Buick GMC and David has me confident on there ability to fix it from the start. I dropped it off on Wednesday and it was done on Thursday. Having the right people work on it the right service staff performing the correct repairs makes all the difference. I am forever a customer of Crown Buick GMC and David Biagi. More
