Mr. Dave Biagi was truly a pleasure to have worked with to service my Mercedes. What a friendly, compassionate man that has such an uplifting personality and will keep you laughing from start to finish. He to service my Mercedes. He was so kind and even took care and worked out a few kinks for me that had to do with my warranty and some confusion that another person had caused. Thanks again so much for that! The dealerships waiting room was clean and spotless. It was also very comfortable and inviting. We had a great experience at this dealership. After our old car broke down on our way home to Michigan, we stopped here to see what the problem was.
