Once again, Bill Hevel came through for me. I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Malibu thinking the cars only a year old, what could go wrong? It had 37,000 miles on it, so the warranty was off it. Sure enough, my 2019 Chevrolet Malibu thinking the cars only a year old, what could go wrong? It had 37,000 miles on it, so the warranty was off it. Sure enough, my luck, I found that when I put the car in Park, it didn't register with the shifter. I couldn't turn the car off and kept getting the message that I had to shift to Park. I read up on this and found that GM vehicles, Malibu in particular have this issue and have had it since 2016. Why hasn't GM fixed this??? Getting to the point, I took the car to Crown Buick GMC, and Bill took care of me. He had them put in a "harness" that was supposed to fix the problem. He kept the cost down for me. Unfortunately, just over a month later, the same problem started up again. I called Bill and he told me that the parts for the shifter were on back order and had no idea when they would get any. I spent a lot of sleepless nights wondering what I was going to do about the car. I couldn't drive it if I couldn't turn it off and lock it. He told me he would see what he could find. I got a call from him a few days later and he told me that they located a part for me, but wasn't sure if they would give it to him. Finally, he called me and set up an appointment!! The part came through!! I took the car in the next day and it is fixed with full warranty! Bill also gave me a $75 credit for the previous fix that didn't work! I am happy with my car again and a big shout out to Bill Hevel for making that happen! More
It’s been one thing after another since the start which we’re going on 5 months now. Once that transaction is final, no one there could give a xxxx about anything. A GM that cared may wait a week to respon we’re going on 5 months now. Once that transaction is final, no one there could give a xxxx about anything. A GM that cared may wait a week to respond to an email (once the truck was given back) but that’s because he personally made sure that truck didn’t leave unless pristine. Well nope sure didn’t and it was still the same as when it went in. That’s lousy and that’s why I feel the way I do, it’s only been 5 months of xx. More
