I made my first service appointment online for my new Arcadia. Bill Hevel greeted me at the door and was very pleasant. Took care of the necessary paperwork and I was done in an hour. It was our first visit to this dealership, since we are in town from Michigan. We have a brand new Buick that was making noise while braking. We scheduled an appointment the day after I called and I met in town from Michigan. We have a brand new Buick that was making noise while braking. We scheduled an appointment the day after I called and I met with Bill Hevel. He was very considerate and informative and had the vehicle looked at immediately. They did not find anything structurally wrong, but found a service bulletin indicating that some vehicles need the rear brake pads replaced to resolve the issue we were experiencing. They replaced the pads and the problems ended. I want to thank Bill Hevel and the entire dealership for their courtesy and professionalism. Everything went quickly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and eased our concerns about our vehicle. More
