Bill leaves you with a sense that you were leaving your car in very capable hands and as it turns out that I did. It’s nice to see that people Still take pride in their work. The work was done in a timely manor allowing me to look at the new 2021 models. I also would like to add that the cashier personal were wonderful and very personable. We are from Minnesota and were on vacation in St. Petersburg with our new 2020 Buick Envision. One morning, while leaving our condo, the car started making a horrible noise and would not stay runnin Petersburg with our new 2020 Buick Envision. One morning, while leaving our condo, the car started making a horrible noise and would not stay running. After speaking with OnStar we limped the car to Crown Buick GMC and spoke with Dave Biagi. He carefully listened to our problem, test drove the car and determined the trouble was a major issue and the car would have to be left for repairs. Dave set us up with a "Crown Courtesy Car" and stressed not worry about the car, just enjoy our vacation and he would take care of everything. It was later determined the engine had failed and needed a complete new engine. Dave took care of all the details needed for the repair and kept us informed on the status of our car throughout the process. After the work was completed Dave gave us a call and we were back on the road again. I cannot say enough good about Dave Biagi and Crown Buick GMC. Without Dave our vacation could have been in ruins but because of him we enjoyed our visit to the "Sunshine State" Thank you so much! More

Dave Biagi was absolutely amazing!! I had a rough day at work and my truck acted up on my way home (added to the bad day) I called him and he was willing to stay (beyond his normal work time) wait for me to work and my truck acted up on my way home (added to the bad day) I called him and he was willing to stay (beyond his normal work time) wait for me to get there. I met me with a smile and open mind to my upsetment and assured me to let him deal with this bad part of my day and would stay attentive to my beloved truck. And he did!!! He notified me through everything that went on and as soon as it was completed he called again. He knew how important getting my truck back was to me and kept me informed the whole way. You don't get this from many dealerships and Dave is definitely the go to man. He cared about me and my truck and I will make sure I call him when anything else ever happens. (Hope not) But I feel assured that if it does Dave is my guy. I highly recommend him and I am comfortable knowing my truck is in good hands with him, the techs and this dealership. More
