Jon was polite, courteous and engaged in my issue with key fobs. He handled my welcome and writeup for service promptly. The only concern I had was with the length of time it took to get a specific tech key fobs. He handled my welcome and writeup for service promptly. Apparently there was only one tech who is familiar with the online programming of the device. He was not available for some time. No big deal! More

I brought my Dad's 87 Chevy Monte Carlo in for service, and Greg Berry helped me out. Beside the oil change, I noted that there was a "clanking" noise whenever I moved the steering wheel.
