The entire service experience was above excellent. Lexi (who is memorable enough to only need a first name) was knowledgeable, believable, friendly and efficient. She introduced us to the service manager, (who is memorable enough to only need a first name) was knowledgeable, believable, friendly and efficient. She introduced us to the service manager, Bill Hevel, who contacted GM on our behalf and successfully brokered their participation to help remedy an out-of-warranty service situation.
