This was my first experience, actually scheduling and working with John Grundon (even though I have been a loyal Crown GMC Customer since purchasing my 2016 Canyon at the end of 2015). After speaking o working with John Grundon (even though I have been a loyal Crown GMC Customer since purchasing my 2016 Canyon at the end of 2015). After speaking on the phone about me bringing it in, I dropped it off as scheduled, to address a few items. John touched base with me shortly after the inspection, reviewed all the items on my list and made sure to cover any safety items and maintenance that may need to be addressed at that time. I was given an approximate time of completion but John said he would give me a call upon completion so I could go about my work day. I had scheduled an appt. to come in for my car to have it's oil changed, and normal checkup. When I arrived, the porter - Don Olsen - saw me right away and welcomed me as usual. I also noted to the service advisor, Greg Berry, that my A/C was "cool" but not "COLD", and to take a look at that. I actually waited this time, instead of being brought home, and enjoyed watching your TV, talking to some of the others waiting, various employees (and I believe Bill Hevel the manager too), passed by and said hello, and I also walked around your adjoining showroom at the cars you had on display. Greg noted that my A/C was low on Freon, and that they found a leak, and that they can fix it while I waited -- no extra time needed. Now, my A/C is really "COLD" again, just in time for the cooler weather to start. I appreciated Greg keeping me up to date, while I waited, and as usual, Doris Smith, had everything ready for me to sign/pay, so I was on my way. Keep up the great work, and a beautiful clean waiting area & showroom too. Thanks much! More
