I own a 2020 Buick Envision that I purchased last year, January 2021, from Mike Haggerty Buick-GMC in Oak Lawn, Illinois, and because I'm very satisfied with this car and dealer, I feel it's best to servic January 2021, from Mike Haggerty Buick-GMC in Oak Lawn, Illinois, and because I'm very satisfied with this car and dealer, I feel it's best to service it exclusively with Buick dealers. I've been in Florida for five weeks and encountered a tire problem (nail in the right rear tire) while visiting Fort DeSoto Beach, so I looked up the closest Buick dealer which was "Crown Buick-GMC" in St. Petersburg. I called and spoke with "Tina" who was delightful and told me to drive right over and that I wouldn't have to wait too long. After a 20 minute drive on Route 19, I found that she was correct as I was greeted at the service desk by a polite young gentleman, Jacquel Waller, who listened to me as I explained that both my car dashboard and my "On Star" feature showed me having a low 26PSI. Jacquel informed me that the service agent discovered that the problem was only with the the nail stuck in the right rear tire, whereas On Star had emailed me that a leak was occurring in the right front. Anyway, the service department had to "re-teach"/reprogram the system and they patched the tire and even washed my car. Upon checking out, Jacquel explained everything to my satisfaction while I enjoyed a cup of complimentary coffee and the woman who checked me out was also pleasant and professional. And the cost? Only $55, which I thought was a heckuva bargain...all in all, an excellent outcome and experience that didn't take long thanks to the Crown Buick staff. I returned to my fun near St. Pete Beach by safely driving on the busy highway, I-275, thanks to Crown and Buick. It's nice to know that when I return to the St. Pete area next winter, I will have a dependable and convenient auto dealer to fix any unforeseen problems with my 2020 Buick! More

We had made this appointment using the GMC app, however that information was not received by Crown Buick. Our service advisor, John Grundon, was excellent.
