My husband and I met Micheal Gregory when we were buying our 2014 Terrian and he was very nice and helpful about bringing our car in there to see him for great service. Micheal was very great to my husband and I, but what I liked the most about Gregory is that he was very helpful for my husband knowing that he can not walk due to a injury in has from when he was on a mission last year with the army. We are so thankful to have such a great Service Advisor. Also he went above and beyond by washing our car before we left. They determined that the noise was my front brake rotor that needed to be turned. I also had an oil change and my tires rotated and balanced. All were done to my satisfaction.
