Awesome service department! They have earned a new customer I brought my 2007 G6 convertible in to be repaired at Dick Norris. Dick Norris GMC did NOT have the expertise to handle this repair and ultimately ca I brought my 2007 G6 convertible in to be repaired at Dick Norris. Dick Norris GMC did NOT have the expertise to handle this repair and ultimately caused further damage ($600+) to my convertible top, which made it unusable altogether. Crown Buick GMC repaired the damages to bring the car back into its previous state. The original repair to fix a broken hinge could not be successfully complete since GMC quit making the required parts. To ensure I could still use my convertible top, their expert service repairmen knew that the hinge was to operate a COSMETIC part of the vehicle. As a result, they simply removed the COSMETIC cover and I left with a fully functional vehicle! So very pleased with their expertise and they have gained a new customer. I will be back to this dealership again to purchase my next vehicle. Moving forward, I will not only have my 2007 G6 convertible serviced here, but also my 2011 GMC Acadia! More
Service on my brand new Verano I started my lease on my brand new verano on July 3rd and unfortunately a few days later found my windshield was leaking. I contacted Crown Buick righ I started my lease on my brand new verano on July 3rd and unfortunately a few days later found my windshield was leaking. I contacted Crown Buick right away and they had me come in right after work to leave my car with them so they could make sure it was fixed properly. Unfortunately it took 8 days because due to the leak a few piece of the interior had to be replaced but they provided me with a loner car for the entire time they had my car. I was so happy they took care of my windshield with no question, gave me the loner car and kept me updated daily. The only thing I didn't like was not having my new car but at least I knew my car was being fixed properly. Greg in service was excellent! Thanks Greg. More

That came in May - imagine my surprise that he would remember the circumstances from the last visit and cheerfully honored his "courtesy credit." The work was done quickly and cleanly while I waited in their very clean waiting area, drinking coffee from their customer courtesy "kitchen" (which also had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies)! The GMC technicians in Detroit thought it was a prog After patiently waiting delivery of my new car, it came in with the rear tailgate malfunctioning. The GMC technicians in Detroit thought it was a programming error and were never able to be of any help. The service technicians at Crown disassembled the tailgate and struts and found a broken part. To avoid delaying service associated with ordering a new part, they took one from another new vehicle and got me back in my car. That was way above and beyond what I could have ever expected. Kudos to the Crown Service Department and my Service Representative James Kober who kept me advised and bent over backwards to solve my problem and make my experience a great one. I have gotten my previous cars serviced at Crown and have always been thrilled.Thanks Crown and James Kober!!!! More

I called the dealer as soon as I could and they got me in the same day. Michael was very helpful in getting us into a rental car at no cost to make sure that our vacation was not ruined by car issues. We had the rental for one day and he called the next and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the same day. He also fixed another issue that we had with the airbag sensor at no cost to us. I received my car and continued with our vacation. We had no issues driving it home either. We were amazed with the service that Michael gave us, he put our vacation first. Thanks Michael More
