Exceeded expectations!!! Purchased my "pre-owned" vehicle last week. Had a couple of problems with the the key remotes and a headlight. I also asked about the possiblility o Purchased my "pre-owned" vehicle last week. Had a couple of problems with the the key remotes and a headlight. I also asked about the possiblility of them balancing the front tires due to some shaking that occures when driving at highway speeds. Well, I was first met by the Service Manager then by Michael Gregory, Service Advisor. I apologize, I don't recall the Manager's name. These guys are GREAT. Michael not only assured me that everything would be taken care of. Everything was taken care of. Not only were the key remotes replaced, the tires rotated and balanced. A complete brake job done due to the condition they were in (I didn't even know about). One of the repairs took over night and I was provided a loaner, because I live about 40miles away. I have purchased new cars from dealers that haven't taken this type of care of the customer. I have nothing but praise for Crown. I have been on the Customer Care side of business for over 32 years. This organization has it right. From management down. They give their employees the knowledge and authority to take care of the customer. Whether it be in Sales or Service. They have a repeat customer here, on the first vist. Can't say enough about them. I was treated right from SALES through SERVICE. More
Exceeded Expectations On our way to St. Pete we had a problem with our 2008 Enclave. We were near Crown Buick. I called and had to leave a message. He told me to come right over. Bill greeted us and got the car right back. Brian Hartford analyzed the situation and had us back on the road in less than an hour. This was on Valentine's Saturday and my wife and I were still able to go have our day as planned. Great service. Great guys. Great experience. More

Our family will always use Crown for car needs My husband and I brought our Saturn Vue at Crown.We had to bring the vehicle back to Crown due to the transmission failed and the car was not drivable My husband and I brought our Saturn Vue at Crown.We had to bring the vehicle back to Crown due to the transmission failed and the car was not drivable. When we arrived with the car, which was being towed, the first man we spoke to in the service dept. was extremely rude and advised us that the warranty was not going to cover it because we did not have our tires rotated every 5000 miles. I was extremely upset and felt cheated and since we had only had the car for 9 months thought we were going to be paying for a car we couldn't drive, since we did not have the money to replace the transmission. Then my hero enters the picture!!! Greg Berry was kind and very sympathetic to our situation. He explained that if we took the car for oil changes they usually rotate the tires as well and sure enough when we called to see if we could get a copy of our receipts from the place they had also rotated the tires!!! Thanks to Greg we ended up paying only the deductible and the mechanics at Crown fixed our car so it runs like new!!! Greg replaced the entire transmission and gave us a beautiful 2015 Buick Enclave to drive until it was finished. We can't thank Greg enough and he saved Crown from losing some very unhappy customers. Everyone we have come across at Crown has been wonderful, except for that one bad experience. Now our whole family drives cars from Crown and we all have them serviced at Crown as well. Way to go Greg Berry!!!! More

So I cannot afford for my vehicle to be down for any length of time, and am very picky about who I have work on my family’s vehicles. As a result, I take our vehicles to Greg Berry, my advisor and Brian Hartford, my mechanic, at Crown Buick GMC, to provide the regular maintenance on them. I trust them for both their competency and their honesty. I don’t have to worry about whether or not the job will get done right or whether or not I’m getting an honest deal. I know that they work towards my best interest and help keep my vehicles in optimum condition, which I must have when I’m out on business trips. They are my Go-To people when it comes to all the vehicles in our family. …. I also go to Crown Buick GMC because of the nice, clean, friendly and updated area they provide to those of us who wait for our cars to be serviced. I usually bring my laptop and get situated on the table or desk and am able to get a lot of work done, as though I’m in my own office. The waiting area is a nice environment also for those who just want to sit back and relax while waiting for their vehicle. … Crown Buick GMC gives me no reason to look elsewhere for my car maintenance. Very pleased with them. More

When i picked up my new car the was a defect in the A-Pillar, just didn't fit right and I was very unhappy wity the way it looked. Not only did Bill realize that the part that was ordered was the wrong part, when the new part that he ordered came in, he installed it himself. No lines, no waiting, no appointment. He took good care of me. I am therefore very excited that he is my service advisor for as long as own my Buick, or for as long as he works there. Bill you're not allowed to leave for at least 5 years ;) Thank you! More
Go to this dealership first! I bought a used Buick Verano a few weeks ago from a different dealership. Went back to that dealership twice as I had a concern about the way the car I bought a used Buick Verano a few weeks ago from a different dealership. Went back to that dealership twice as I had a concern about the way the car ran. I was not satisfied with their answer nor was more help offered to me. I called Crown Buick and spoke to Lora Calhoun. I told her I had not bought the Buick at her dealership, had not gotten satisfactory help from where I bought the car, and could Crown Buick possibly help me. She enthusiastically said yes, bring the car right in and she would tell Bill Hevel to be expecting me. He was most kind and patient listening to my concern about my Buick. Took me to Lora and to Mike Clark a sales consultant. Each of these 3 people immediately bent over backwards to be professional, kind and helpful to me; again, even though I had not bought my car there. Also, I dealt with Al Leo who took time to show me a Buick like I had when I expressed an interest in one I had seen on the internet, give me a carfax report, and spend time answering my questions. My problem was solved by all four of these people to my satisfaction! Even though Crown is farther from where I live, I will certainly take my car back there if and when it needs any service.
