Thank you Bill!! I had recently purchased a used car with low mileage. After having owned the car for only 3 days, I was having the check engine light come on. You can imagine my disappointment as I discovered my purchase was an 'as is' warranty. At the same time, there was also a vibration in the front end of the car. I brought my car in and of course discovered I needed lots of service. Bill Hevel really went to bat for me. Knowing the car was 3 days old when this started, he helped me out and Crown performed the service, only charging me about 1/5th of the total bill. I really felt like they treated me fairly and helped me out of a very unfortunate situation. I have bought 3 cars from the Crown brand, I will continue to give them my business. Went to the dealership and was greet by Gegg Berry. Gregg was warm friendly and took care of me right away. He wrote me up and then offered my wife and I coffee, water, popcorn or cookie while we waited. Everyone from the dealership that went by spoke to us and made us feel welcome. The car was readied in about an hour, it even had been washed. The community of St. Petersburg is to lucky to have this dealership in their area.I come to this area every year and it is great knowing if I need something done on my vehicle Gregg Berry and Crown Buick are there for me.
