Replacement of wheel rims on my 2006 Pontiac Vibe During a recent severe rain storm, I accidentally hit a submerged drainage culvert, warping the wheel rims on the right side of my 2006 Pontiac Vibe. During a recent severe rain storm, I accidentally hit a submerged drainage culvert, warping the wheel rims on the right side of my 2006 Pontiac Vibe. It's not easy to get parts for Vibes anymore. William Hevel, my service rep, was able to get the rims within two days. After mounting the rims, it was discovered that I had one tire that would not retain air. William was able to get a matching tire to my current set of tires within a few hours. He also recommended I get a front end alignment. The car handles great. William gave me exceptional service. He discussed all the various situations that arose with my car every step along the way. He was most courteous. I would definitely use Crown GMC again for any needed repairs to my vehicle. More
Quick Service I was having a tire issue on our 2014 Savana Van and stopped at the dealership without an appointment. I was met by a new service advisor....... Within an hour my problem was corrected and I had my van back and it was washed. Crown GMC always delivers great service and that's why I return to this dealership. Service experience I had to bring my car back to the dealer due to the service air bag light coming on. I made an appt. for Sat. morning. I brought the car in, and aft I had to bring my car back to the dealer due to the service air bag light coming on. I made an appt. for Sat. morning. I brought the car in, and after an hour was told that they needed to keep the car as multiple "codes" came up on the diagnostics. I was given a loaner. Greg was my service person and was good to work with. He told me it would probably be Tues. before I got the car back which was fine. I waited until Tues. pm before I called to get an update as I had not heard anything from Greg, I spoke with someone and was told that they would be putting the part in that night and then would test drive it and then have Greg call me the next morning to let me know it was ready. By about 11 o'clock the next morning I had not heard anything so I called him back. He stated that they were still working with the car but would try and have it ready early that afternoon. He stated that he may multiple attempts to reach me on Monday but that he must have called the wrong number. He did call at 2 and say the car was ready. I just found the experience a little frustrating not hearing back from anybody initially. I am hoping that this one experience was a fluke. More
