SERVICE COMPLETED CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME I had an issue with my 2015 Sierra of water intrusion. It was expected to take longer than normal to locate and repair leak. repair of Verano I am from out of town and called late Sat to get appt for a problem I had with the car. I was quickly given an appointment for Monday early. I was met by Dave Biagi at the service entrance and greeded by name. The car was taken in and I was able to explain my difficulties to mr. Biagi, he clearly new what I was talking about, and after a small discussion, got the top Mech on the car. In about 30 min they knew what was wrong, orded the parts in special, since I am only here a few days - by Wednesday noon I was fixed and on my way one happy camper. Scheduled service call Today's service call was to change the oil, do an over-all inspection, and replace a faulty tail light. Michael Gregory, my service agent, althoug Today's service call was to change the oil, do an over-all inspection, and replace a faulty tail light. Michael Gregory, my service agent, although slammed with other clients and phone calls did his utmost to be sure that my GMC Canyon was serviced properly. The technician indicated that there was nothing wrong with the tail light. However, after supplying Mike with a little more info, he made sure the techs looked at it again. This time they discovered the light, indeed(!), did not work properly. The techs took the vehicle back into the shop, repaired it in a timely fashion and I was happily on my way. The total cost was discounted through a coupon and Mike's decision to make up for the error/inconvenience about the light. I truly appreciate that Mike took the time to listen and talk with me about any other issues regarding my truck. More
Crown Buick GMC Service Center is the best! One night on the way home, my steering wheel had fallen into my lap. Fortunately, I could put it back up into position & get home. The next day, I b One night on the way home, my steering wheel had fallen into my lap. Fortunately, I could put it back up into position & get home. The next day, I brought my 94' Skylark in to see if they could fix my steering column, and also I had noted "low coolant" a few days before, and had to put a gallon of fluid in, so wanted them to check that out too. The coolant leak was found to be a gasket, which could be fixed, but they didn't want me to spend money on that, if they couldn't fix the steering column. The column, in my car, was a "box" type column, which cannot be fixed -- can only be repaired, and unfortunately, they do not make them anymore, and no one had any in stock. Fortunately, the mechanic, Owen Runacres, went to a junkyard he frequents, and found one that was OK, and fit my car, and could fix it. Once fixed then they could continue and fix the rest of the problems...that is, the coolant leak. I realize that many people would just buy a new car, and YES -- Buick has beautiful cars - but right now in my life, there is much going on, and funds are VERY low, so though this was not cheap, it was still a huge savings to me. And Crown supplied me with a Savings Card to use, so that, too, came in handy for this servicing. I cannot tell you how happy I am that my "baby" is OK, and is working great, and I appreciate the honesty of everyone - Greg Berry telling me what's what, and keeping me informed, and I appreciate no one pressuring me to just buy a new car instead of fixing this. One day, I will probably have to buy new - and at that time, Crown will be the one I go too!! Thank you all for your great service, courtesy, honesty, and professionalism. Gail Ihrig Seminole, FL More
