Vacation Oil Change While on vacation we needed our oil changed. Crown Buick was very helpful and did a great job. They couldn't rotate the tires because the wheel lock n While on vacation we needed our oil changed. Crown Buick was very helpful and did a great job. They couldn't rotate the tires because the wheel lock nut was tightened past the recommended torque, They informed us and gave us a letter to give to our neighborhood dealer to explain the problem. This last visit was an out of the blue event - my AC just start I just can't say enough good things about Crown Buick GMC and the service department. This last visit was an out of the blue event - my AC just started blowing hot air. I called my service guy, Bill Hevel, and without a pause he said come on in, I have a loaner for you until it's fixed. After the diagnosis, found out it it was covered under my extended warranty YAY!!!! My car was ready the next morning. Being without your vehicle and having car issues in general can be such a hassel, so I am very thankful for the ease, quick turnaround and overall customer service and care that I get from Bill and the dealership as a whole.
