Great Service Experience I was having an issue with noisy brakes on my 2005 Chevy Colorado so I brought my truck to Crown to get service. The service advisor, Bill Hevel, was I was having an issue with noisy brakes on my 2005 Chevy Colorado so I brought my truck to Crown to get service. The service advisor, Bill Hevel, was very personable and extremely knowledgeable which put me at ease right away. He was able to explain the service issues with my truck and get the work done in a reasonable time frame. Bill and the whole service team at Crown made my experience as stress free as possible. More

Awesome service and Awesome David, very helpful. Explained everything about my new car with me that I had purchased elsewhere. He had a strong desire to help me. This was not always the case in other service centers. What I liked hearing from him was that he was here to help even when we purchsed elsewhere. I have found a new home for my car needs. More

Every time we have brought our cars in , Greg can honestly tell us what he thinks is going on and how long it will take to repair it. WE trust Gregs knowledge and experience, to be trust worthy and worry free. Our car was brought down just last week for a problem. Greg said it was probably the battery, guess what ??? It was. On short notice one week ago today, I brought my car in for oil change, air filter and some kind of flush( slips my mind). All was completed, coupons accepted and he even paired my new phone to my Bluetooth. Even called today about my spare key not working, he instructed me on how to 're- program my key. Thank you Michael Gregory for you kindness, positive attitude and attention to your clients ! PS Mrs. Doris is always a delight to close out the visit ! More
