I now go only to Crown for my oil changes and routinely call Greg on question on my vehicle.Greg is very knowable and he insures the work is done properly and in a timely speedy turn around. My son took his wife's GMC in for service with a different Service rep. and had a horrible experience. I call Greg and he step in and got everything corrected and now my son has bought a brand new Sierra from Crown and uses Greg for all his vehicles. My wife lease is coming up and we be sure to come to crown for her next vesicle when the lease Is up this coming year. More

Satisfied Customer I brought my Pontiac Grand Prix in to get serviced and met with Bill Hevel. I sat in the waiting room and enjoyed fresh baked cookies, coffee and TV I brought my Pontiac Grand Prix in to get serviced and met with Bill Hevel. I sat in the waiting room and enjoyed fresh baked cookies, coffee and TV. Shortly afterwards, Bill came in to the waiting room to go over a couple things he thought that should be addressed about my car. He brought in with him the mechanic, BRIAN, that actually went over and showed me the issues that he recommended that I get done. I was very impressed with Brian and decided to have the work done while I was already there. It was going to take several hours, so Bill said they could take me home and pick me up when my car was finished (my house only a couple miles away). They picked me up about 5 PM at my house to get my car. I settled up with A. Mateo, the cashier.Every one that I dealt with was very professional - Bill, Brian and Abimael. Thanks, Rob Lee More

DAVE BIAGA : A GREAT SERVICE ADVISOR I WENT INTO FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TO LOOK AT THE NEW BUICKS WHILE MY CAR WAS GETTING SERVICED. I WAS GREETED BY MR DAVE BIAGI, WHO WAS SO PROFESSIONA I WENT INTO FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TO LOOK AT THE NEW BUICKS WHILE MY CAR WAS GETTING SERVICED. I WAS GREETED BY MR DAVE BIAGI, WHO WAS SO PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT AND PERSONABLE. HE WROTE UP MY ORDER, THAN INTRODUCED ME TO A SALES REP SO I COULD VIEW THE NEW BUICKS. Great customer service I scheduled my appointment with in a couple of days of the appointment at first they said no appointments on Saturday then they put me on hold when th I scheduled my appointment with in a couple of days of the appointment at first they said no appointments on Saturday then they put me on hold when they came back they stated sure 8 am is fine." Great only day i can come in. " Arrived was greeted by a gentleman named Dave Biagi great attitude, didn't have to wait to check in. Since i have never been there he walked me into the waiting area showed me the cookies "which smelled the whole room up" offered me coffee and told me they have Wifi/TV and showed me where to sit, very pleasant, nicely dressed . Only took about 45 min to complete my car he came out told me that my car was done and showed me where to get my keys and thanked me for the visit today and he asked if i had any questions was not bothered by any questions answered them and overall he and the business great group of people. Thank you for the great first time experience in the service department SEE YOU SOON. More
