I purchased a used 2012 Chevy Cruze a year ago from the Crown Hyundai dealership next door to Crown Buick GMC and I have been getting my car serviced I purchased a used 2012 Chevy Cruze a year ago from the Crown Hyundai dealership next door to Crown Buick GMC and I have been getting my car serviced at GMC ever since. I absolutely love my car and GMC keeps my car in great running condition. My wait time is generally an hour and my car is always returned spot free with the complimentary wash! Most recently I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dave Biagi. Initially we spoke about my concerns with my car and he addressed them with his expertise. My worries disappeared completely after speaking with him. We also had a personal conversation about the fact that we both grew up in the same part of Maryland (although he is a lot older than I am)! I will be back in a few months for regular maintenance and care for my Chevy! More

Check out your check engine light here!! I had a service engine light come on last week. I had Monday off, so I decided to get it checked out, but didn't make an appointment. I called when I I had a service engine light come on last week. I had Monday off, so I decided to get it checked out, but didn't make an appointment. I called when I was almost there and Dave ? Said to bring it on in. When I walked in, I saw Bill Hevel, who had helped me about a year earlier with a recall repair. He remembered me and spoke with me about the check engine code, which was a catalytic converter. Thankfully, the problem was covered under warranty. I did opt for paying for cleaning the injector, etc., based on Bill's explanation (no pressure, just an explanation). Since the car had to cool down for specific diagnosis, he arranged for Brian to give me a ride home, then later a ride back. Although it was my day off, I did not feel it was wasted. In fact, I'm glad things worked out the way they did, because I might otherwise have waited too long to have the problem checked and it might have been more costly. More

I originally brought it in for a safety recall issue. Bill reviewed the 100,000 mile factory service recommendations. I was aware of many but not all. Yes, the cost was more than I had planned on spending but it was worth it to have a safe and dependable vehicle for quite a few more years. I can drive with confidence in the car's dependability, performance, and comfort. I especially appreciated the shuttle back to my home. More
