Great experience with service team My vehicles was running with an engine light on an after much testing it needed a tune up and an oil system switch repair. Received our car an the very next day my engine light came on again. I contacted Bill Hevel in service and he promptly had me bring it back in. After discussion with him an expressing my concern with additional fees he was able to correct the problem. Supplying a loaner car until it was repaired. He went out of his way to have service correct the issues at no expense and made me feel very comfortable with their service. This is unusual in today's business world that a dealership has a employee who cares about their customers like Bill. I am indebted to his kindness and professional solutions to my auto issues. My family will be loyal customers with Crown in the future for service and purchases. More
