Best Service Advisor ever - Dave Biagi Went into the dealer to have the radio looked at on my 1994 Pontiac Firebird.......and I had spoke to Dave Biagi the day before. Once I arrived, it w Went into the dealer to have the radio looked at on my 1994 Pontiac Firebird.......and I had spoke to Dave Biagi the day before. Once I arrived, it was like I had "special" written all over my face. I was treated with prompt service and even though I had to have the radio replaced, it was done on the spot, back to factory original and that is important on my 30,406 mile vehicle (1994 Pontiac Firebird).... the service was great, but the service provider was greater....Thanks Crown Buick GMC. More

Service experience called for appointment and was given the exact date and time I needed. Service advise Bill Hevel met me in service driveway. Although I was early f called for appointment and was given the exact date and time I needed. Service advise Bill Hevel met me in service driveway. Although I was early for my appt he immediately wrote up my car and gave me a time of completion. Personnel were professional, friendly, eager and efficient. Car was done and washed within time promised and I was out the door. For someone who generally hates going to dealers because of experience this was a pleasure and I would recommend this dealer and this service department and particularly Bill to anyone. Great experience. More

"Berry" Good Greg Berry is the service advisor that I dealt with, and he kept me informed of my car's status. I explained all the problems that I've noticed, and Greg Berry is the service advisor that I dealt with, and he kept me informed of my car's status. I explained all the problems that I've noticed, and informed the mechanic. By lunch hour, I new the status, and got my car at the end of the day. The mechanic, Owen Runacres, has taken care of my car for years, and I feel is one of the reasons why I still have my 94 Skylark...21 years later. That, and also, Buick is a great brand of car. Thanks again to Crown for taking care of my car. More

Great service! I recently travelled to St. Petersburg for a job interview and had the unfortunate experience of having my truck's transmission going out while there. I was lucky enough to find Crown Buick GMC, as they took great care of me. My truck was fixed in a timely fashion and the customer service was exceptional. I felt right at home and could not have had a better experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for service in the area. Michael Gregory was very hospitable and helpful and personally drove me to Enterprise to rent a car. More
