Rain damage to carpet from leak in roof at antenna I have a 2014 GMC Sierra Denali that had a rain leak originating at the satellite antenna then worked its way down the right side panel to the floor i I have a 2014 GMC Sierra Denali that had a rain leak originating at the satellite antenna then worked its way down the right side panel to the floor in the passenger area damaging the carpet. The service representative, Bill Hevel recognized the problem, resolved it and replaced the damaged carpet. All warranted. The service was exceptional. Bill Hevel is great to work with and I highly recommend this dealership. More

I was unaware that there was additional recommended se Last week I visited Crown Buick GMC for the first time to get my 2013 GMC Sierra 2500 serviced. I was unaware that there was additional recommended service for the mileage of my truck, which was brought to my attention by my service advisor Bill Hevel. I agreed to the additional service, which was performed quickly and did not impact the promised completion time that I was given initially. Upon picking up my truck, I noticed that my driver's door handle was loose and when I brought this to Bill Hevel's attention, without hesitation, he had my truck sent back to the shop and within 15 minutes my handle was repaired and I was on my way!! Now that's great customer service!! My decision to go to Crown Buick GMC was the right choice and I will be going there in the future for all my service! Thanks Bill!!! Tom F. More
Dave Biagi and Abimael Mateo I purchased a 2006 Pontiac Solstice from Crown Hyundai, complete with the 2 year extended warrantee and a tire warrantee. I was having a problem with I purchased a 2006 Pontiac Solstice from Crown Hyundai, complete with the 2 year extended warrantee and a tire warrantee. I was having a problem with one of my tires losing air and the car leaking when it rains. I was most interested in having the tire fixed as it was losing air with a quickness. The leak was secondary, as I wasn't working with an unlimited budget to allow for exploratory surgery (LOL) to figure out the origin(s) of the leak. I called Dave, he told me to bring it in and he'd take care of me. And they did!! Unfortunately the tires weren't covered by the warrantee. I needed a set of tires. He got me the best deal possible on 4 NEW Goodyear tires!! Abi had a beautiful Terrain waiting for me to drive while they had the car to fix the tires. I told Dave my budget. He was able to track down the leak and a couple other minor things staying well within my budget. The tires, well...that was a necessary expense, but less than I would've paid ANYWHERE else for the same set of tires. Dave and Abi treated me as though I was family. They went above and beyond with their customer service!! Thanks Dave and Abi for all your help and making me feel like a valued customer. More

Every visit he is super helpful and gets my car well taken care of. I get a complimentary car wash with every visit (even when I came in for free recall work) and they always have water, cookies, and popcorn complimentary while you wait. They can also provide a ride to local places as needed if you have to be somewhere before your vehicle is finished. I also find that their prices are competitive with other mechanics and while maybe slightly higher in cost the quality of the service I receive more than makes up for it. I completely recommend this dealership and service team. More

Dave kept me informed every step of the way. and best of all there were no surprises when it came time to pay. Dave goes above and beyond to make his customers feel valued and appreciated. He also keeps us informed, as he would want to be if the situation were reversed. He's the best! More
