I called Crown Buick GMC in the morning and was able to get an appointment that day. We were greeted by very friendly staff. Bill in service looked after us. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told that I was entitled for 4 free oil changes. They even honoured our free oil change since this was a GM promotion and not specific to a dealership. Included with the oil change was tire rotation, safety inspection and a complimentary car wash. Very happy with the service and if we ever need a GM dealership while in Florida again wouldn't hesitate to contact them. More

Wonderful service We had to have the gas tank replaced due to a GMC recall. We called Crown Buick GMC and they checked and verified that we did, in fact, have to have our tank replaced. They ordered the tank and said they would let us know when in was at their location. When it arrived they called and set up an appointment to have it installed. We took in to the car and the tank was replaced while we waited. They even washed the car after the installation was completed. William Hevel is the guy to call when you need exceptional service. More

Service Repair with Dave Biagi - Such a pleasant experience! My wife dropped her car off to get the back up camera fixed because it was going in and out. This was our first time dealing with Dave Biagi. Dave My wife dropped her car off to get the back up camera fixed because it was going in and out. This was our first time dealing with Dave Biagi. Dave went, in our opinion, above and beyond to replace the faulty camera. He explained what the problems were, what was needed to fix the problem and replaced the camera to our total satisfaction. Not, only was he a professional, he is very customer minded, knowledgeable and makes customers feel that their business is appreciated. I picked up our car and met Dave and he was everything the salesman said he was and more. It is indeed pleasure to have Dave as our guy for maintenance professional. Outstanding job David! Took it in for its 1st service on Tuesday, December 8th. was greeted by William(Bill) Hevel in the drive with "hello" and a smile. He asked if I had any problems or concerns, wrote my service ticket, showed me the lounge, asked if I wanted a coffee or tea. Made me feel comfortable while I waited. He kept me informed of how my service was coming along. It didn't take as long as I thought it would. Car came back to me not only serviced but CLEAN!! I would recommend Mr Hevel to everyone!!
