AMAZING SERVICE FROM BILL HEVEL I recently took my 2008 GMC Acadia in that i did not purchase there, the first person i spoke with was Bill (william) Hevel, i called and told him my I recently took my 2008 GMC Acadia in that i did not purchase there, the first person i spoke with was Bill (william) Hevel, i called and told him my issue, Transmission was not letting me shift gears he looked up all the recalls and told me to bring it in and he would see what he can do, very nice well spoken gentleman, when i get there the hospitality i received from Bill was phenomenal, keep in mind i have spent zero $$ at this dealership and he treated me as if i purchased a 100k car, so basically what i really needed done wasn't covered in the special coverage i had with GM, knowing that, Bill and the service department saw my situation and how unsafe it would have been in letting me drive off if they only took care of the recalls so instead of doing what any other dealership would have done and saying sorry we can't help you or trying to get me to buy a car, they took care of the WHOLE problem pulled my whole transmission out and rebuilt the computer inside and now the SUV drives PERFECT, i couldn't have asked for a greater blessing Christmas time, i will most definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from these guys!! i have never in my life received customer service like that from a dealership. 5 stars all the way. More

I prefer to drive the vehicle from Tampa and use these guys rather then service I was receiving at a differant dealer in Tampa. I can always count on being in and out for an oil change and its always washed! I know from the minute I arrive these guys will take my trucks in and get me back out fast with good dependable/ quality service. More
