Since Crown Audi has been beyond terrific with our other car, it was an easy decision to stay in the Crown family. From making my appointment via phone to picking up my detailed SUV (even in the rain), the experience was excellent in all categories. excellant service came in to have my brake light switch fixed and to have tarction control light and abs light checked to see why they keep coming on and they found tha came in to have my brake light switch fixed and to have tarction control light and abs light checked to see why they keep coming on and they found that it needed to be updated on program also they checked my brakes and found that i need to have front pads replaced . christopher called and let me know what was going on and how much it would cost . price was good so i told him to have everything done he did and had it fixed and washed for me before i came in to pick up .great customer service More

$1300 and 3 trips to service, my car still has same problem The whole service department are great people, they really care about their customers. Anytime anything needs to be done on my car it's an all day event (6+ hours of waiting) anything from lower control arms, to an alignment, to a transmission flush. I'm there all day. Yet leave with a new different issue with my vehicle, or the same problem I went in for in the first place, just bigger holes in my pockets. More
TRAVELING DILEMA (By Randall Cooper -- Mansfield, OH) I was visiting my brother in St. Petersburg with a newly acquired 2013 Buick Enclave (17,000 miles). The air conditioner would not work. After takin I was visiting my brother in St. Petersburg with a newly acquired 2013 Buick Enclave (17,000 miles). The air conditioner would not work. After taking the Buick to Crown Buick to have the air conditioner repaired, I was advised by William Hevel that I also had a power steering problem that I was not aware of. After his review, I was informed he would need the car until Saturday or Monday. Immediately, he made arrangements for me to have a rental car. During this process, William handled himself in a professional, courteous manner. As work was being done, William kept me apprised of the progress. The work was completed within the timeframe he promised. William Hevel is definitely an asset to your organization. I also appreciate the fact that my dirty car was returned to me washed.
