Had a tire blowout the night before on my way home from work. Needed a new tire on Saturday, as spare is only good for 70 miles. I was assigned a new service advisor named Lexi Sarang, Lexi had previously been employed by Crown and I was shocked to hear her call me by my last name since she didn't know I was going to be assigned to her. I asked her how she knew my name and she told me that she remembered me from when she worked there before. Lexi was very polite, courteous and helpful for what I needed done to my vehicle.
