Excellent service Dave Biagi was extremely helpful when my daughter accidentally put diesel fuel in her car. She needed the car as soon as possible for transportation o Dave Biagi was extremely helpful when my daughter accidentally put diesel fuel in her car. She needed the car as soon as possible for transportation of her 3 children. Dave worked with me to make sure the tow service delivered the car to the proper place after close of business that evening and had the car ready before the close of business the next day. Overall an excellent experience. More

Scheduled service plus I took my 2005 Lacrosse back to Crown Buick because of my very positive experience last year. This time I was in for scheduled maintenance and an ove I took my 2005 Lacrosse back to Crown Buick because of my very positive experience last year. This time I was in for scheduled maintenance and an overall "checkup". Chris did an excellent job getting me in when promised. He identified some suggested maintenance items that I decided to have completed. The work was done promptly and complete when promised. Consistent with last year, I was treated as if I were family. All those I dealt with were very pleasant, courteous and professional. This dealership really knows the meaning of superb customer service. Five star performance across the board. Thank you! More
