My husband and I were dealing with a patient and were late for our tune up appointment but William Hevel was so wonderful and accommodating and took us right in as if we were right on time. He even had a courtesy van take us to the nearby Cracker Barrell to have lunch, as our Yukon was being serviced , and that was major for me as I was starving and a bit cranky when I arrived because of skipping too many meals that day, and to top it off when we arrived back at the dealership our car was perfectly detailed.
