Best customer service around! I just used Crown GMC today for the first time and I was amazed! I dropped my car off at 730 and all of the things that needed fixed, were done in 3 I just used Crown GMC today for the first time and I was amazed! I dropped my car off at 730 and all of the things that needed fixed, were done in 3 hours! WIlliam Hevel was amazing and so was the driver Brian. They were so polite, helpful and fun! Thank you so much for all of your hard work. I have taken my car to other GMC service departments that did not do 5% of what you did for me today! Thank you so much for the speedy, accurate job! More

8 Months Later Had a great buying experience in Sept '15 when I bought my GMC Terrain. I've brought it in twice for oil changes. Bill Hevel is my service advisor and Had a great buying experience in Sept '15 when I bought my GMC Terrain. I've brought it in twice for oil changes. Bill Hevel is my service advisor and has given me 5 Star Service from the day I bought my car and had a hitch added to it. Very Professional and Courteous I received an appointment quickly for a malfunctioning air conditioner. Bill told me they would diagnose the problem and if they could fix it relative I received an appointment quickly for a malfunctioning air conditioner. Bill told me they would diagnose the problem and if they could fix it relatively quickly they would or if not they would provide a loaner. A loaner was not required, problem solved and some recall item was taken care of plus they washed my truck. Waiting room is very good and all went very well. I liked the experience and will come back this dealership when service is due. More

Great Experience I had service on my Chevy Tahoe recently and the service rep., Chris Sullo was very professional and accommodating as always. My check engine light c I had service on my Chevy Tahoe recently and the service rep., Chris Sullo was very professional and accommodating as always. My check engine light came on and after checking the diagnostic printout he found it was just a loose gas cap causing the problem. The technician ran some tests and assured me the vehicle was safe to operate. He did not charge me for a service call which I thought was very customer oriented. More
