Great Service even thought it was bad news This was a last ditch effort to try to determine what was wrong with my car. I'd taken it to several different small mechanic shops to just get the run around. I arrived at m appointment time and was promptly greeted. They had a nice waiting area with coffee and water. Chris Sullo was so helpful and explained the different steps they would take to try to diagnose the problem. He even had me drive around with the mechanic to ensure that he hear the noise. Brian the mechanic was very courteous and genuinely seemed to care about finding what was wrong. They provided a free shuttle to work, and the gentleman that drove was great. Friendly, and promptly got me to and work. They did find the problem, and explained at length my options and gave great recommendations. My car even got a free wash while it was there. Even though the news wasn't great, I can only rave about the service I received. More

I couldn't get my car started.I asked Jeffery If he could look at the display on the dash .He told me I would have to get someone from the service dept he didn't know anything about our car.I was going to service next for a recall fix but I had to get there.I.m using a cane and my husband is going through chemo my husband wasn't to happy with Jeffery neither was I.I was using my daughter in laws car not real sure of all the buttons and stuff on it. So I sat in the car and Called Crown sorry I don't the very nice and helpful lady who transferd us to Brian in Service told him what was going on with the car he said he would send a guy right over This Was Jerry very pleasant took care of it right away.I had the wheel turned to far and I forgot that can happen so it was locked tight.Jeffery could have either looked at it or called service for us he was to busy having a cig.Then I met Brian set up appt. for Monday.Went In Monday met Joanne Gecivich in Service she was awesome walked around Met Mario in Sales. Great Salesman .Next I was driving the next car I want .He is good,He told me all about leasing a car something Im thinking about.I told him maybe in three months as I Have been the co signer for my children three more payments on the car I am using now .I have been buying alot of cars from Crown for years.Love the new show room,the team members are all so helpful everyone except Jeffery I feel its time someone has that one on one talk about customers service. I do have to go back today the CHECK light is on after the recall was done .No Big Deal. More

Great customer service. Crazy busy mom of two. Alternator went out and needed it fixed right away, I was so stressed out because I had to pick up my son and take him to music Crazy busy mom of two. Dave really took care of me and my daugther. He arranged a vehicle to take us home safely and made sure to call us with details and updates. He went above and beyond and I couldn't be more appreciative. Looking forward to working with him. He also took care of an annoying issue with my truck that I've been trying to get fixed for almost 4 years. Thank you Dave Biagi More

Routine checkup I brought my 2015 Acadia in for my 2nd oil change/service. I love the same day appointments. Ist time I brought my car in I pulled up, someone introdu I brought my 2015 Acadia in for my 2nd oil change/service. I love the same day appointments. Ist time I brought my car in I pulled up, someone introduced me to my advisor and I was told where to wait. When it was time to leave my car was so clean, inside and out. This visit there were lots of cars parked with no one outside, I wasn't sure what to do so I got out and went in and asked. I guess your porter was out that day. Dave was great, friendly, knowledgeable. When it was time to go I was frustrated that I had emptied out my car of an infant seat, baseball equipment, etc. thinking I was getting a wash and vacumn as I had the first visit. No such luck this time. Then where my car was parked I had to maneuver backwards out of the lot around several vehicles which is no easy task for me. All I could think was, there is no way my 82 year old Mom could do this. Why can't our cars be let where we can just pull foward when leaving? Hoping my next visit isn't as irritating. More
