Air-conditioning nightmare I had about lost my faith in crown until I came to crown buick and had a awsome service guy named Dave Biagi! I bought a buick from crown Honda with I had about lost my faith in crown until I came to crown buick and had a awsome service guy named Dave Biagi! I bought a buick from crown Honda with broken ac they tried to fix it unsuccessful 5 different times before allowing me 2come to buick with it. Dave had to make a bunch of calls and deal with so much 2 get my situation resolved. He also got my service planned changed to buick so I would not have any more issues. He is a great service guy and I look forward to dealing with him with you future service! More

Great Customer Service William Hevel in the service department is AWESOME. I live in South Florida and my young daughter lives in St. Pete. She was having car trouble and William Hevel in the service department is AWESOME. I live in South Florida and my young daughter lives in St. Pete. She was having car trouble and felt like she was not getting honest answers or estimates for the issues she was having. I called the service department and was put in touch with Mr. Hevel, I explained the situation to him and he totally understood stating that he had daughters of his own and wouldn't want anyone to take advantage of them. My daughter had her car towed to Crown and Mr. Hevel took a personal interest in the servicing of the vehicle, was in touch with me the entire time with the issues with the car, explaining the "fix" and the cost thereof. He even stayed late to be sure her car repair was finished before he left. His superior customer service and honesty has made my daughter a customer for all her future repair needs!!! Thank you Mr. Hevel and Crown for putting a mother's mind at ease knowing her child has a reputable repair shop to bring her (very) old car to. More
