Visited Service Dept. 6/6/2022. Had an appt. scheduled for 6/8/2022. Was having trouble with key fob. John Grundon asked me if I wanted to wait, he would have Service Dept 6/6/2022. John got my problems very quickly & efficiently. He even worked in oil change. John always provides prompt service. Think I might try to adopt him & his family. He is so kind & patient.
