At first, I did not want to speak to anyone by Amy was so friendly and knowlegeable, I decided to listen to what she had to say. After taking a thorough assessment of my needs, she recommended a truck, pulled it up, and we went for the test drive. While on the drive, she explained all of the features and had me use them to make sure I understood. Wow, never had a sales person go this far before. I bought the Sierra 2500 and love it. Engine light on my GMC Terrain Dave Biagi met me with a smile. Took me to his desk area and proceeded with paperwork and after he saw my truck he recommended a front alignment, som Dave Biagi met me with a smile. Well, why not do it all along with finding out about the engine light. I really appreciate Dave keeping my truck in such fine condition. He then made sure I got a ride home and when my truck was ready he sent a young lady to pick me up. Thank you Dave for taking such good care of my vehicle. Dead Battery Problem Solved Quickly With No Appointment On Sunday when service is closed my GMC Sierra would not start The symptom was a dead battery. Roadside assistance started it and the next day I was On Sunday when service is closed my GMC Sierra would not start The symptom was a dead battery. Roadside assistance started it and the next day I was able to start it again and take it to the dealer. William explained to me they would fit it in as fast as possible. The battery was replaced, a recall item was fixed, the truck was washed and all was done in about 90 minutes or less. More

Dead Battery Called up Crown Buick GMC because I had a dead battery. Was able to schedule a battery replacement right after work (scheduled around my availability) Called up Crown Buick GMC because I had a dead battery. Was able to schedule a battery replacement right after work (scheduled around my availability). The whole process took only an hour of time to get the service done and a free car cleaning (wash and vacuum). If you need car service done, I would highly recommend giving Bill Hevel a call and he will take care of you like family. More
