Great service I brought my GMC Canyon in for Waranty tire service (nail) and Bill Hevel evaluated the damaged and quickly ordered my tire for replacement. He called me the next day to come in and swap out the tire. While I was there I asked if I could schedule an oil change. Bill said he could save me a trip and got my tire rotation and oil/filter change all done in a timely manner. This my second working with Bill and he hit another homerun for me. I would highly recommend him and his service team! More

Excellent and Honest Service - by Bill Hevel at Crown Buick I have been to Crown Buick and a local auto repair shop for maintenance work on my 2004 Pontiac Aztek. Both have done good work, but (surprisingly) Cr I have been to Crown Buick and a local auto repair shop for maintenance work on my 2004 Pontiac Aztek. Both have done good work, but (surprisingly) Crown Buick was less expensive when quoted for the exact same work (replacing an old serpentine belt and air filter). Bill Hevel is the only service manager I have dealt with at Crown, and I would recommend him. He is probably the best dealership service manager I have dealt with over the last 40 years -- both friendly and nice and accommodating (if you need work done quickly). The comment about being honest is based on his confirming that I did not need certain parts replaced that the other garage recommended getting done even when I told him the other garage suggested replacing it. So, he didn't do what would have resulted in more work and a higher cost to me if he did not believe it was necessary. So far, I have not had a reason to go back to Crown to test their warranty, but I trust they stand by their work. More

Great car care near to my house. Crown Buick/GMC has been taking care of my car for over 10 years. I truly believe that my 1994 Buick Skylark would not be running around the streets if it wasn't for their great care. And so close to my house too.....just about a 15 minute ride. Greg Berry has been my service advisor for over 5 years, and he is very thorough and advises me of what's happening to my car. Harry Ossenberg used to be my advisor, but he is now in Warranty, and I'm sure he is giving great service to all of his new customers. Doris Smith always gives a friendly smile when you're ready to check out, and makes sure you have your receipt and any paperwork you need, and has one of the guys get my car pulled up for me. . The past two visits, I actually got to stay in the waiting area, which is just beautiful. The vending machines are great, coffee/tea if you want it, TV to sit & watch, along with magazines, newspapers, and even a "popcorn' machine.....which, I just had to make myself a bag to munch on. You can even view the new cars, as the showroom is accessible to the waiting area, and if you want to practice your "putting", they have a golf putt area too. It's really nice to sit & wait for your car, but if for some reason you could not wait -- or they had to keep the car -- they will give you a courtesy ride home. I'm glad I have my car serviced at Crown Buick/GMC in St. Petersburg, as they surely give great car car, and the personnel & facility are terrific too. More
