The service writer we had is named Bart Bartley. He was very nice and personable. He was very eager to please. We had no issues with him at all. The problem we had was with the service personnel. I He was very nice and personable. He was very eager to please. We had no issues with him at all. The problem we had was with the service personnel. I requested our tires to be inflated as specified and my key fob wouldn’t automatically lock the doors as we walk away. The tires were inflated to 37#, which is 5# more than they should be. I had to turn around and have that addressed. Bart was in it. I also didn’t realize that my key fob still didn’t lock the car doors when walking away. I left a msg with Bart but it was already 5:00. I’m sure I’ll hear from him today. More

Logan Lane has always been great to work with at the Crown Acura Service Department. We have two 2020 RDXs - he is always willing to accommodate us so both vehicles can get serviced at the same time, w Crown Acura Service Department. We have two 2020 RDXs - he is always willing to accommodate us so both vehicles can get serviced at the same time, which makes it so convenient for us. He is very effective at communicating what work needs to be performed and any options if available.
