I went in with no appointment and was serviced nonetheless. Not only was that apprecaited but they had some work stations available with phones, internet etc...which allowed me to get a good amou nonetheless. I own a 2003 Acura, bought it from Crown Acura in Clearwater and have always had all service completed at this dealership. Recently I encountered a significant problem and Crown along with Mr. Shaw Clearwater and have always had all service completed at this dealership. Recently I encountered a significant problem and Crown along with Mr. Shaw really "stepped up to the plate" to assist in getting it repaired in a short period of time and assisted in the paperwork to keep my costs reasonable. One could not find a better Service Department then the one supported by Crown Acura and the fine Service Writers. More
