Welcome help with nav update I purchased the navigation update from Acura. It turned out that to update the nav on my 2014 RDX was unnecessarily complicated. I called Crown Acura I purchased the navigation update from Acura. It turned out that to update the nav on my 2014 RDX was unnecessarily complicated. I called Crown Acura and they said to bring the car in. Bart Bartley was the service representative I worked with and he was very helpful with getting the update uploaded into the nav system. I appreciated the help he gave me with the update and will continue to bring my RDX to Crown for service. More

John Shaw, assistant service manager, greeted me at the door and took terrific care of me while I waited for my vehicle. Having recently moved to the area and as a first time Crown Acura customer I was curious to know how Crown would stack up versus the other Acura dealerships I have used. John and his team were great. They gave me a detailed estimate (prior to beginning any work), provided timely updates while I waited, and even took the time to follow-up with me the next day to make sure I was totally satisfied with the work. Bottom line: I would not hesitant to take a vehicle to Crown Acura for service, particularly when working with John Shaw. More
