Welcome help with nav update I purchased the navigation update from Acura. It turned out that to update the nav on my 2014 RDX was unnecessarily complicated. I called Crown Acura I purchased the navigation update from Acura. It turned out that to update the nav on my 2014 RDX was unnecessarily complicated. I called Crown Acura and they said to bring the car in. Bart Bartley was the service representative I worked with and he was very helpful with getting the update uploaded into the nav system. Having recently moved to the area and as a first time Crown Acura customer I was curious to know how Crown would stack up versus the other Acura dealerships I have used. John and his team were great. They gave me a detailed estimate (prior to beginning any work), provided timely updates while I waited, and even took the time to follow-up with me the next day to make sure I was totally satisfied with the work. Bottom line: I would not hesitant to take a vehicle to Crown Acura for service, particularly when working with John Shaw. More
