A1 Service I recently took my ILX in for an A1 service with Dan Victory. Unfortunately, my schedule can be hectic and I had to reschedule the appointment three t I recently took my ILX in for an A1 service with Dan Victory. Unfortunately, my schedule can be hectic and I had to reschedule the appointment three times. The final scheduled appointment did not show up on Mr. Victory's schedule and it was not a problem. My car was serviced and completed within the hour and I was on my way. The service expense was reasonable and he did alert me to future service that would have to be done to maintain good working condition of my car. Great service, Dan is always pleasant to deal with and is an asset to Crown Acura. Thank you, Karen More

Recall Issue Dan was very nice from the very first time we spoke on the til the end after my airbag was replaced. Dan even made sure my car got washed! Tire was low on pressure My tire had an issue with air pressure ,so upon inspection the service team informed me that I had a nail In the tire. John Shaw Service Department I currently own a 2007 Acura TL & had to get the Hands Free Link replaced along with a belt and tension piece. Let me also say that I've been driving Acura's since 1992 when I got my first car, a 1992 Acura Integra. My sister had 2 Acura Integras 1995 & 1997. My husband bought me a 1999 Acura TL and I purchased my 2007 TL, which I continue to drive. All of these vehicles were purchased from Crown Acura and I will continue purchasing vehicles from them and having my Acura serviced their. After 23 years of excellent service and support, I highly recommend this dealership, service department and John Shaw to everyone. More
Service visit with Dan Victory I have been coming to Dan at crown Acura for service on my 08 TL for years now. He always takes good care of me and I appreciate him for that. Even I have been coming to Dan at crown Acura for service on my 08 TL for years now. He always takes good care of me and I appreciate him for that. Even times when I'm with other service advisors such as John Shaw or Bart, Crown Service always does a great job on my car. I feel great piece of mind bringing in my TL for service. Even though car dealerships always charge more for service jobs, it's worth it in the end because peace of mind is priceless. More
