Great Service, Above and Beyond I recently leased a 2016 Acura TLX from Crown Acura to replace my previous leased vehicle (2014 Mazda 6.) I had to return the Mazda in good condition I recently leased a 2016 Acura TLX from Crown Acura to replace my previous leased vehicle (2014 Mazda 6.) I had to return the Mazda in good condition and Brian Clausen went above and beyond to make sure that that the vehicle was in perfect shape to minimize my problems turning the car back in. This is fantastic because it is not an Acura and, not was not Crown's job. Nevertheless, the experience was superb. I cannot wait to have my new Acura serviced by Crown, and by Brian in particular. Crown Acura surely knows how to make customers for life. Way to go guys! More

Acura...the car that just keeps giving I brought my modified 1990 integra to crown for service for an electro mechanical issue. my service advisor informed me that the repair would be very I brought my modified 1990 integra to crown for service for an electro mechanical issue. my service advisor informed me that the repair would be very expensive. I was having a coronary, but after some discussion Brian Bennett the service advisor said he would do what he could to lower the price. In the end it was fully covered. After 26 years of owning this car, i still received service as if i had bought only yesterday. This is why i will recommend this dealer to anyone, and in particular the excellent service department. More

Great Service I had a battery that I had purchased from this dealership approximately two years ago. Brian fit my car in even though there was a pretty full sched I had a battery that I had purchased from this dealership approximately two years ago. Brian fit my car in even though there was a pretty full schedule on a Saturday around Thanksgiving. He knew within a half hour what the problem was, and replaced the battery under warranty at no charge. The speed with which this was accomplished was impressive to say the least Alex M More

He is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. We had just purchased an acura from a private person and wanted to get it inspected. He told us about re-calls we had no idea about. He let us know the car was fine. And offered a free car wash and vacuum. The whole transaction was smooth and painless! They even did a minor repair (a wire or something) without charging!!!!! He is funny and very pleasant!!!!! More
