Bart again was amazing! I had some rim work done due to an off-roading experience. I was skeptical on getting the rim “patched” as I feared it wouldn’t look very good. With Barts reassurance we proceeded with the patchwork. They did an AMAZING job. The rim looks brand new. I also had a car sensor issue and Bart went out of his way to fix that for me as well! This time it was during an unprecedented one-two hurricane crisis (Helene followed by Milton) in which Sophie ensured both her customers—and her team members— were supported and cared for by whatever options best suited their needs. She quickly assessed the evolving crisis and was already tapping her statewide (and beyond) dealer network to obtain additional vehicles that she knew would be necessary to help out so many of her customers after Helene’s flooding and Milton’s damaging wind gusts. Her savvy strategizing was key to assisting so many of us in expediting our efforts to receive a replacement vehicle (of the same quality, model and even color!) as our insurance claims were being processed. Her quick thinking was especially prescient given how quickly rental cars became a scarce commodity in the entire Tampa Bay area. Sophie is as super sweet as she is savvy—she truly helped set the tone with her leadership in making sure all her colleagues at Crown Acura had what they needed in terms of service, sales and financial to offer as many options as possible that were tailored to the needs of each client’s circumstances. And she did this while also supporting members of her own team who were impacted by these beastly hurricanes—they also had damaged or lost homes and vehicles. John Shaw was my service advisor on October 5, 2024. I had my vehicle towed there overnight with a flat tire. He was very punctual with his responses and promised to have me out the same day.
