I love Crown Acura and would definitely buy my next Acura from them. The Sales staff is super friendly without being pushy or disingenuine. The Service staff is awesome to work with as well. Crown Acura Richmond has always serviced my car in short notice and provided a loaner car as requested. The people at Crown Acura have been great! I have been having my 2004 Acura TL serviced there for four years now and haven't had a single issue with them. Crown Acura's service folks are great. You all got me in and out in 1 hour for an oil change, state inspection, battery replacement and wash.
