He knew the vehicle inside and out - and all the competitive advantages it had over the 5-6 other make/models I had tested. Far superior experience than other dealerships I attempted to work with. Once I settled on the make/model - Wes initiated a trade with another dealer to match my desired color scheme and had the new vehicle on the lot in 24 hours. Wes also stayed in communication with me for a few weeks after purchase to make sure I was completely satisfied. Abraham Martinez has been my service adviser on a couple of subsequent visits - also friendly and knowledgeable - excellent customer service.
