This was our first time buying an Acura or visiting Crown Acura. After doing alot of online research and driving several different brands we decided on a 2020 Acura MDX with the Advanced package. Crown Acura went above and beyond to get me the exact car I wanted. I was particular about the color combo of the sport hybrid MDX I wanted and they didn’t stop looking until they were able to locate it. The I wanted. The good service is consistent, tires and installation are first rate, wheels balanced properly, alignment is accurate, and they make certain that the vehicle is safe to drive. Mike ensures that the service is prompt and that the vehicle is clean upon its return. A loaner vehicle is provided whenever needed. Mike provides outstanding customer service and he values my time.
