Ok, just called and spoke to a man named Domenic at Crowley Nissan in Bristol! I read him my review and he told me that the $179.00 was sent to the credit union!! As of maybe 2 weeks ago it had NOT been put back to credit union account when I checked!! Now, I will go and check to see if he was telling the truth or lying! Domenic, I really do hope you are telling the truth! Because my next step is to contact the State of Connecticut!!

I called and asked for the Crowley employee who posted on this review. As you can see, the response (also used on other reviews of this dealership) makes it appear as if he'd like to understand what occurred. Instead, he directed me to another name and number. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that the interest in understanding my issue was not real. Seems like an attempt to look like they responded to an unhappy customer. Oh well....
