Within 30 minutes she got me and explained what tech had found and gave me some recommendations on up coming service and in and out in less than 35 minutes. The Best! We went to the dealer with an idea of what style we wanted, a Rogue. Selecting a color wasn't too difficult either but when it came to what features and color interior we wanted, well, I don't think we were the easiest customers they ever dealt with. Crowly patiently dealt with our numerous questions and and unexpected returns to the dealer to "just see one more time" what we wanted. At one point they made countless calls to other New England dealers to find our interior/exterior combination, at one point ready to drive to Maine to get it. In the end (and after much dithering!) we purchased a vehicle on another of Crowley's lots. The manager, Wayne, and the salesman, Jose, went above and beyond, always smiling, patient and accommodating. I would go back to Crowly Bristol in a heartbeat and recommend them without reservation. More

You find a car you think you'll fall in love with, you get in it and love it, and then you try to get over the sticker shock. This being my 5th car purchase, I must say the hurdle of the sticker on this one seemed out of reach. But some month end incentives and a staff that know how to "move the needle" and boom! I can't say enough good things about this dealer. The 2017 Murano SV is my "Bat Mobile", and you made it possible. Thank you Taylor and Bob! I look forward to cruising around Gotham City in style! Sensor problem. Recently we had a problem with our brake sensor on our 2017 Altima .
